Specializing in portfolio management, property acquisition and development, taxation planning, strategic business planning and gift planning to align your personal, business and trust entities to ensure that they provide your family and community for generations of prosperity. The founder, Trevor Rennie is the principle of Trevlin Advisory Services Inc., a locally based financial planning company founded in 2005, dedicated to providing strategic, financial and advocacy expertise to high net-worth families. A Certified Financial Planner by background and with an MBA from Queen’s University, and multiple Canadian Securities Institute designations his knowledge and relationships are wide-ranging enabling him to establish a powerful and custom professional team of lawyers, accountants, investment counselors and other business professionals unique to each family’s needs. In addition to his commitment to help strengthen your financial situation, Trevor also recognizes the importance of strengthening the financial situation of our communities. Throughout his career, Trevor has led company involvement at both a local and macro level in support for numerous charities, including Executive roles with the BC Easter Seals, BC Children’s Hospital, United Way and local minor sports associations. In every instance he has demonstrated strong leadership skills in exceeding contribution goals. Married with five boys, Trevor is very involved in sports and school functions coaching kids’ Baseball and Hockey teams while also staying physically active in his own sports and the never-ending challenge of improving his golf game.
